Transformation, Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Advancing the Nelson Mandela University's transformation agenda.
  • Promoting cultural and diversity sensitisation.
  • Catalyst and advocacy role on Employment Equity and BEE matters and adherence thereof.
  • Provide strategic advice, support and direction in respect of Transformation and Equity
  • Co-ordination of policies in relation to racial discrimination, disability, gender equality, religion, sexual harassment, and equity
  • Managing all activities related to the Transformation and Equity Committee (TEC) and other transformational matters, eg the Institutional Forum, public lectures committee.
